Job description:


Carry out a variety of tasks of serviced apartment reception nature including:

- Receive and transfer telephone call.

- Advise guest of information about services.

- Receive tenants’ request, convey it to proper department and follow up their action

- Receive and delivery daily mail, newspaper, fax …for tenant or company.

- Make good relationship with colleague, customer, supervisor.

- Receive internal information/ request then transfer to concerned Department/ Person.

Job requirements:

-       1 year experience in serviced apartment or the same areas.

-       Good appearance.

-       Good English communication.

 

Working place:

An Phu Riverview Apartment – 40/8 Nguyen Van Huong Street, Thao Dien Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.
